FlexoGraphic Label Printing

Flexographic printing can handle a high output level making it ideal for larger orders. This printing method can work with an assortment of materials and technical capabilities such as pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, metallic labels and much more. After the initial setup costs, flexographic printing becomes more cost-effective with the more labels you order. One of the big advantages of flexographic presses is that once a job is set up on the press, it can be run very quickly relative to the speed of running a job on a digital press. Our presses are capable of up to eight ink stations that can be used for multiple variations of any single color with spot colors, specialized inks, white underprinting and finishes.

Thermal transfer printing categorizes its ribbon into three main tiers of quality and durability, Wax, Wax/Resin and Resin. Within the three ribbon categories, ribbon manufacturers offer an extensive choice of ribbon formulas to fine-tune print results on specific materials. Not only do they address smudge and scratch resistance, but many handle specific conditions involving chemicals, solvents, and temperature extremes. Initially designed for bar code printing, black thermal transfer ribbons dominates, however our manufacturers have now also developed a good selection of colored printing ribbons based on Process CMYK and spot colors. With access to any specific ribbon size and duribilty FS label can help you get the perfect tools for your unique printing needs.
